Congratulations to Our Indiana Anglers Headed to the 2026 Bassmaster Kayak Series Championship (Spring)!
We’re proud to recognize and congratulate Glenn Landstrom, Matthew Kiefer, Mike Elsea, and Ryan Becker — four incredible anglers who have earned their spots through competing in the 2025 Bassmaster Kayak Series and will be representing the Hoosier State on the national stage!
2025 Qualifiers
- Glenn Landstrom – IN – AOY 37
- Matthew Kiefer – IN – Champlain (Top 5 Finish)
- Mike Elsea – IN – AOY 9
- Ryan Becker – IN – AOY 33
These Indiana anglers will head to Chickamauga and Nickajack Lakes in Chattanooga, Tennessee, March 11–13, 2026, to compete in the Bassmaster Kayak Series Championship, held alongside the legendary Bass Pro Shops Bassmaster Classic presented by Under Armour.
Let’s cheer on our Indiana crew as they take on some of the best kayak anglers in the country and proudly represent our state at one of the biggest stages in bass fishing!
2026 will mark a transitional year for the Bassmaster Kayak Series National Championship. Since the series began, the championship has been held alongside the Bassmaster Classic — but as the Kayak Series continues to grow, it’s ready to stand on its own with a dedicated event.
The 2025 qualifiers will compete in the final combined championship this spring, held in conjunction with the Classic. Looking ahead, anglers competing in the 2026 Bassmaster Kayak Series and Indiana Kayak Bass Nation (INKBN) events will have the opportunity to qualify for the 2026 Bassmaster Kayak Series Championship, set to take place in October 2026.
